Welcome to Style Master, the style sheet editor from Western Civilisation Software.
There are two versions of Style Master, Style Master, and Style Master Pro. The central difference is that Style Master supports the core of CSS, CSS1, while the Pro version adds support for CSS2. The demo version of the application can be run as either Style Master or Style Master Pro, so that you can evaluate which is best for your needs.
To choose Style Master or Style Master Pro when launching the application
When you run the application, you will be asked whether you want to evaluate Style Master of Style Master Pro.
Click the appropriate button.
To change between Style Master and Style Master Pro
Choose
from the menuIf you are evaluating Style Master, the application will switch to the Pro version, and the menu item will be checked. If you are evaluating Style Master Pro, the application will switch to Style Master and the menu item will be unchecked.
The applications are very similar in each mode. The differences are the options available in the Properties menu, and the New Statement dialog box.
This manual covers every aspect of the application Style Master (including Style Master Pro). If there is something that you can do with the application, then it is covered here. But it is not a tutorial. For a tutorial on Style Master, please take a look at our Style Master tutorial, which you also downloaded when you downloaded Style Master.
The aim of this manual is not to teach you everything about style sheets. If you are not confident with style sheets you might like to start off with our Style Sheets Guide, which you should have also downloaded with this copy of Style Master.
